Customer Service Agent

Are you an experienced Customer Service Agent looking for a new opportunity? Are you in retail, healthcare, or food service and want to make a change to a stable, comfortable office environment? We are searching for Customer Service Agents to handle inbound an outbound phone calls. If you have the right personality (positive attitude, patient, good communication skills and a team player) we want to hear from you!

We are a fabulous company to work for and are in Fort Lauderdale close to I-95 and Cypress Creek Road. Most of our employees have been with us for many years.

Start times from 10:00am – 12noon (ending from 7pm – 9pm) ** after 6pm includes $1 shift differential pay. Shift block requires flexibility to start within the time indicated.

We are present in the office on Tuesday – Thursday and are remote Friday – Monday.

What we are looking for:

*Bilingual (English / Spanish)

*Ability to work approximately every other Saturday & Holidays (includes additional $1 per hour shift differential)

*Great phone skills – speaking, listening and problem solving

*Positive, patient, and a desire to help our customers

*Team player who truly wants to help our customers who call us with questions and problems

*·Not intimidated with technology – experience in technology is a plus!

*Must have reliable transportation

*$17 hourly pay rate. After probationary period $1 shift differential (after 6pm and weekends)
